Top Talent Management Group is an executive evaluation house. Where most search firms screen for fit, we measure where someone is actually going. The PRILY index is how we do it — and it's why our calls land different.

Our story

TTMG was founded in 2019 by three search-firm partners who got tired of writing reports that read the same regardless of who walked in the door. The hypothesis: if you actually evaluate trajectory — performance over time, revenue impact, leadership scope, real industry knowledge — you produce a profile that helps both candidates and the boards hiring them. The PRILY framework grew out of 400+ executive interviews, refined into the five dimensions our evaluators score against today.

We work as evaluators, not gatekeepers. A candidate is evaluated once, the result lives with them, and they decide who to share it with. No transcripts saved. No dossiers shopped. Just a clear-eyed read on where you sit relative to a national bench.
