TTMG was founded in 2019 by three search-firm partners who got tired of writing reports that read the same regardless of who walked in the door. The hypothesis: if you actually evaluate trajectory — performance over time, revenue impact, leadership scope, real industry knowledge — you produce a profile that helps both candidates and the boards hiring them. The PRILY framework grew out of 400+ executive interviews, refined into the five dimensions our evaluators score against today.
